A Better Whey No bake Protein cookies
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 T coconut flour
Pinch sea salt
1 scoop A Better Whey All Natural protein powder
2 T nut butter of choice (like Almond butter)
1 T sticky sweetener (like honey or maple syrup or agave)
1/4 cup almond milk
Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Mix dry ingredients first then the nut butter and sticky sweetener. Once formed then add the milk.
Can refrigerate for about an hour to help retain the cookie form.
