"I've tried a number of protein powders in the past and all of them have made me feel bloated. Didn't want to eat for hours after. A Better Whey is the only one that hasn't made me feel like that. Of course, if you load a shake up with fruit etc. and milk it can be filling, but I just use water most of the time and it is not.
